6:45am Early morning Meditation/ Kryias and Pranayama

7:30am- Yoga Class- Incorporating Mudra and Bandha into Yoga Practise

8:45am Breakfast

10am Workshop 1 e.g 

11am Workshop 2 Pranayama (Breathing) preparing for breath retention in Bandha. 

12:30pm Lunch

Free time to have a massage or one to one Yoga session with Elise/ read/ relax/ go for a country walk

5pm Yoga Class- Full body Mudras to find a Meditative State of Mind.

7pm Dinner

8:30pm Meditation/ Chanting/ Deep Relaxation on the theme of Mudra
