Sample Schedule in more detail: 

Morning Yoga class: We begin at 8:15am with a wake up Yoga class designed to invigorate, energise, uplift and prepare you for the day ahead. 

Breakfast: A continental breakfast will then be served buffet style, with tea/coffee, juices, cereal, fresh fruits, croissants and baguette. 

If you’re heading out for the day, there is the opportunity to pack up a picnic after breakfast.

Visit:  A trip to Carcassonne, where you will have several hours to explore the medieval citadel before returning to the house for lunch. Transport will be provided.

Lunch:  For those staying at the house, a buffet lunch will be served at 1pm.

Free time: Time to spend as you wish. You can explore the local area, or relax at the house. Sunbathing, swimming, chilling out in the hammock or the hot tub, the choice is yours. This is also a good time to book a massage, or one to one Yoga class with Elise.

Evening Yoga: Our evening Yoga class at 5pm will be a wind down from the day’s activities incorporating; stretching, restorative poses, breathing, relaxation and meditation. 

Dinner: Enjoy an aperitif and canapés followed by a two course meal with wine.

Evening entertainment: Optional evening activities will also be provided, for example a boules tournament (no experience required!). If you prefer, there a plenty of other areas to relax or socialise during this time.
