8:30am-9am Morning Meditation & Introduction
9am-11am Yoga Class: The Physical & Energy sheaths
11am Brunch
12pm Walking meditation
1pm Yoga Class: Mind Sheath
2pm Tea Break
2:15pm Breathing workshop
3pm-4:15pm Yoga Class: The Intuitive sheath
4:15pm Afternoon Tea
5:15pm Restorative Yoga Class: The Bliss Sheath
6:30pm Departure

Weather dependent we will try to run as many activities as possible outdoors.
